When you continuously sit at work, having buried in the monitor, by the middle of the day you begin to feel unbearable eye strain from overstrain. But to turn off a laptop or computer, putting the case for later, can afford a few.
therefore AdMe.ru collected 10 simple exercises for the eyes, which are easy to do right at the workplace, spending no more than 15 minutes on it.
Look into the darkness
Lower your elbows on the table. Close your eyes and place your palms on them. Relax and look into the dark. Hold this position for 1-3 minutes.
Eye to side movement
Stand up or sit up straight. Look straight ahead. Without moving your head, look left. Focus on what you see. Then look to the right. Focus on what you see. Move the view from side to side 5 times. Repeat this cycle 3 times.
Eye movement up and down
Sit up straight and look ahead. Then look up and focus on what you see. Look down. Do not be afraid to wrinkle your brow or frown. Look up and down 5 times. Repeat the whole cycle 3 times.
Move the view diagonally
Look straight ahead. Look down and to the left. Then translate the eye diagonally and look up and to the right. Focus on what you see. Repeat the exercise 5 times, and then do the same in the other direction. Repeat the whole cycle 3 times.
Sit up straight and relax. Look to the left and start slowly turning your eyes on the clockwise. Make 5 full circles clockwise and then counterclockwise. Repeat the whole cycle 3 times.
Near and far focus
Focus on the pencil. It should be at a distance of 20-30 cm from your eyes. Then translate a look at some distant object. Focus on it and try to examine it in detail. Then look at the pencil again. Translate so look 5 times. Repeat the whole cycle 3 times.
Sit up straight. Look in front of you. Look at the point between the eyebrows. Focus on what you see for a few seconds. Then look again in front of you. Translate so look 5 times. Repeat the whole cycle 3 times.
Sit up straight. Look in front of you. Look at the tip of the nose for a few seconds. Then look again in front of you. Translate the look this way 5 times. Repeat the whole cycle 3 times.
Massage. First way
Close your eyes. Close your eyes for 2-3 seconds. Then relax the muscles around the eyes. Squeeze again. Repeat 10 times.
Massage. Second way
Close your eyes. Gently massage the eyelids in a circular motion. Lightly press. Do not try to press too hard. Make 10 circular motions, first clockwise, then counterclockwise.
